New York State Homes and Community Renewal

New York State Homes and Community Renewal is responsible for building, preserving and protecting affordable housing in New York and to increase home ownership.  The New York State Homes and Community Renewal overseas programs that fund the creation or preservation of affordable housing in NY and that support home ownership in New York. In addition the New York State Homes and Community Renewal maintains and enhances the state's affordable housing and administers the New York State rent stabilization and rent control laws.
