New York State Workers Compensation Board

The New York State Workers Compensation Board is responsible for protecting the rights of NY State employees and employers which ensures the proper delivery of benefits to those who are injured or ill. The New York State Workers Compensation Board conducts hearings to ensure injured workers are provided benefits they are entitled and provides an appeals process to resolve disputes.  In addition the New York State Workers Compensation Board monitors businesses to ensure they have acceptable coverage and investigates complaints and medical provider issues.
